Terms of Use
Effective version: 2026-07-26. These terms govern use of the FatFlats website and installable web application.
1. FatFlats service
FatFlats is a rental discovery and mediation platform. It helps tenants, owners, brokers, and the FatFlats operations team share requirements, manage listings, coordinate conversations, arrange visits, and record rental progress. A listing or expression of interest is not by itself a lease, booking, or guarantee of closure.
2. Accounts and information
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use the role that reflects how you participate. You are responsible for content submitted through your account. FatFlats may verify, correct, pause, or remove incomplete, misleading, duplicate, unlawful, or unavailable listings.
3. Listings and room requests
Photos are optional, and listings without photos may appear after listings with photos. Brokerage applicability is shown as Yes or No based on the poster's information. A request for one room in a larger flat does not split or publish the property automatically; owner approval and room terms must be confirmed first.
4. Managed introductions
Contact details are not intended for public display. When a user expresses interest, FatFlats may notify the listing party and its backend team so they can coordinate the introduction. Users should independently review the property, parties, documents, payments, agreement, and applicable legal requirements before proceeding.
5. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, scrape or bulk-copy platform data, upload harmful files, bypass access controls, publish discriminatory or unlawful content, submit false properties, or use contact information for unsolicited communication. FatFlats may restrict access where misuse or risk is detected.
6. Payments and third parties
Rent, deposit, token, brokerage, utility, agreement, and other commercial terms are agreed between the relevant parties. Any third-party service or payment arrangement is subject to its own terms. FatFlats records or coordinates such activity only where the product expressly provides that workflow.
7. Changes and contact
FatFlats may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be presented for acceptance where required. Questions about these terms can be sent to the official support contact published by FatFlats.
