Information FatFlats handles
Depending on the workflow, FatFlats may process account details, role and business name, contact information, property and requirement information, saved homes, expressions of interest, visit and lead activity, communications, payment records, and documents supplied for a managed rental.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, publish approved property information, match demand and supply, coordinate introductions and visits, manage leads, prevent fraud and duplicate submissions, support users, maintain audit records, and improve the service.
Visibility and sharing
Public property cards may show a business or public display name, but personal contact details are not intended for public display. FatFlats may share relevant details with the owner, broker, tenant, or backend operator involved in a requested introduction, and with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service.
Identity and rental documents
Aadhaar, PAN, agreements, receipts, and similar documents are private operational records. They must be collected only for a defined rental purpose, with appropriate consent and retention details. They are scanned for malware and restricted to authorized backend or administrator roles.
Retention and choices
FatFlats retains information for the period needed for the rental workflow, legal or accounting obligations, security, dispute handling, and service records. Users may request profile correction or account assistance through the official FatFlats support contact. Certain records may need to be retained where law or legitimate business requirements apply.
Security and updates
FatFlats uses role-based access, protected sessions, private document storage, malware scanning, backups, and audit controls. No online system can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated when data practices or product features change.
